Our story

Accounting Made Easy — and we mean it

ANB Accounting was founded by Ajin James, a Master of Professional Accounting graduate with close to a decade of accounting experience across Melbourne and Tasmania. The firm was set up around a simple observation: most people do not need a big-city practice, they need a qualified accountant who answers the phone and quotes a price they can plan around.

Everything we do runs online. You send your documents through securely, we prepare and review the work, you check a draft, and we lodge — no waiting rooms, no travelling across town, no paper. That works whether you are around the corner in Launceston or on the other side of the country.

We are a registered tax agent (No. 26358501), we work in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Dext and BGL 360, and we handle everything from a single individual return to the full compliance calendar for a family group with a company, a trust and an SMSF.

Registered tax agent

ANB Accounting Pty Ltd is a registered tax agent (No. 26358501). Your return is prepared and lodged by a qualified accountant, not a data-entry portal.

Fully online

Everything runs by email, phone and secure upload. Send your documents from anywhere in Australia and sign electronically — no appointment, no commute.

Plain-English answers

We explain what we have done and what it means for you in language you can act on. Ask us a question in July or in January — the answer costs the same.

On-time, every time

We track your lodgement dates for you and chase what we need well before the deadline, so late-lodgement penalties never become your problem.

Our values

How we work with clients

Straight answers

We tell you what the tax position actually is, including when the answer is not the one you were hoping for.

Fixed fees

You know the price before we start. No hourly billing, no invoice at the end that you did not see coming.

Available year round

A question in February gets the same attention as one in October. Being available is part of the service, not an extra.

Careful compliance

Registered tax agent obligations, AML/CTF verification and record keeping are done properly — it protects you as much as us.

I recently completed my tax return with ANB, and I had a great experience. Sajin was extremely helpful, responsive, and flexible throughout the process. I had to make a few changes to my details along the way, and he was always very prompt and accommodating in making the updates. Great experience with ANB👍
